About Me

I am a working-from-home, stay-at-home mom to a beautiful baby girl. It’s always been my dream and life goal to be able to stay home with my children, and I’m so blessed to be making that dream a reality. I have a loving, supportive husband, and many other family members, as well.

I grew up in Blacksburg, Virginia; a small town nestled in the Appalachian mountains, with the New River a favorite summer play place. I’ve also driven across much of the country, traveled around the Caribbean, and I’ve even been to Africa!

Surrounded by this richness and beauty of the earth has made me conscious of how it needs to be protected, and has fueled my desire to live an environmentally friendly life.

I have always tried to use natural products, free of harsh chemicals, and now that I am a mother this has become even more important to me. As natural products are usually also earth-friendly, these two desires to protect my family and protect the earth go hand-in-hand.

I am always trying to ensure that the products I choose are safe, natural, and environmentally friendly, but it can be tricky to verify that the claims companies make are wholly accurate and not just a marketing strategy.

My goal is to provide a place where people can trust that they are purchasing products that really are as earth-friendly as the manufacturers claim. I use third-party reports to verify the claims of the companies I buy from, so my family – and yours – can rest assured that they are using safe, natural, environmentally friendly products.
